Senior Advisor for Human Capital programs which includes advising INR leadership on human capital matters related to INR’s strategic plan, recruitment strategy, management policies and programs, training, and organizational development projects to enhance bureau culture, retention, and performance- Program manager for INR’s policy program developing, updating and tracking bureau related policy needs- Conducts business intelligence analysis through tracking and analyzing key human capital surveys, data reports, and metrics for the Bureau. Develops reports, briefings, and benchmarks to devise ongoing measures that support the evolution of the human capital potential in the establishment of programs and policies to further the implementation of organizational strategies and programs in the Bureau- Serves as the liaison between INR, the Department of State, and the Intelligence Community for all Human Capital bilateral and multilateral engagements, strategic planning, and policy development. This includes representing INR at high-level meetings and conferences including at ODNI and on councils chaired by the Secretary of State.
