Despite the disparity between these industries, each role fortified my proficiencies in customer service, efficiency optimization, and adherence to standards.Progressing to Toshiba, initially as a technician and later as a supervisor, I refined my communication abilities and technical acumen, earning distinction as a Toshiba Gold Star Technician and being one of the first to be certified in the emerging technology of color copiers. Embracing Toshiba\'s foray into IT, I acquired certifications in Novell Networking and Microsoft MCSE, which facilitated transitions to pivotal roles in banking.Within banking, I further honed my networking and infrastructure competencies, navigating regulatory frameworks such as OCC and FDIC compliance, and spearheading negotiations to optimize vendor contracts, yielding substantial cost savings.
