I offer ample experience in the transition between non-regulated research/discovery work to GLP standard regulated testing in the areas of both ligand binding assays and the translational sciences. This comes from my experience within strict GMP testing and handling of late stage Drug products/therapeutics, combined with my current role in development and validation of early stage products aiming to receive initial FDA approval.My experience ranges from various PCR techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR), Ligand Binding techniques (PK, AD, ELISAs) as well as tissue and cell work (DNA/RNA extractions, Cell culture and Maintenance).Science is my passion and I would love to continue my career in the discovery and development of break-through technology to help advance human health!
