Darlene Wilson Gallien is a distinguished entrepreneur, financial strategist, and community leader with more than 32 years of experience in corporate banking and public accounting, and 20 years as a successful business owner in Birmingham, Alabama. She is the Founder and Managing Principal of Relay Accounting Management (RAM Firm), which operates in Birmingham, AL, and Denver, CO, providing outsourced accounting services, fractional CFO support, and business consulting and training for both for-profit and nonprofit entities.In addition, she is the Founder and Director of Classic Business Connect, a consulting firm that helps certified businesses access corporate, government, and federal opportunities by connecting contractors with procurement and supplier diversity leaders. She also co-founded Young FINANCE, a financial education initiative with her son to educate and empower young adults (ages 15–25) and start-up entrepreneurs.Darlene holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Montevallo and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Sports Management at Miles College. Her leadership and business success have earned her numerous honors, including recognition by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of Birmingham’s Top Women Leaders and multiple appearances on its Top 60 Influencers list. A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and a proud Birmingham resident of 35+ years, she finds her greatest joy in family. She is the mother of one son, Christian, an accountant who works with her at RAM’s Denver office. Outside of business, she enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and living life to its fullest.
