About Daniel Miranda
My name is Danny Miranda, and I am a human factors specialist and biomedical engineer at Bristol Myers Squibb working in the Device Development group on innovative solutions for patient care.I have extensive research, innovation, and development experience in biomechanics, data science, and medical devices. I am extremely passionate about leveraging science and engineering principals to develop products to make an impact on people’s lives. I’ve learned through my diverse R&D experience that a key component of successful product development is integrating the end user into the design and development process through qualitative and quantitative methods and then iterating on current designs to push the boundaries and develop a more effective product.I thrive in a diverse and collaborative environment that is focused on using research data to drive the development of novel products to boost performance, prevent injury, rehabilitate from injury, and improve quality of life for people across the lifespan.
