Diana is a board member, technology advisor, and former CIO with over thirty years of leadership experience in growing, scaling, and transforming global businesses in the Life Sciences and Software Industries, with revenues ranging from $3 billion to $ 20 billion.As the former Chief Information Officer for Workday and Amgen, she serves on the boards of MetLife, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and agilon health. She serves as a Special Advisor at Brighton Park Capital and enjoys advising healthcare technology and brain-health-focused startups. Previously, she served on the boards of Paradox and Change Healthcare, both of which were acquired by Workday and UnitedHealth Group, respectively.A thought leader and frequent speaker on digital transformation and diversity, she co-founded the Silicon Valley Women’s CIO Network and remains active as an advisor to the World50 community and with the T200 Foundation. As a T200 Co-Founder & former board member, she continues to help grow and scale the CXO Women in Technology community by supporting and lifting the next generation of women leaders in technology.Diana finds great joy in spending time with her husband and four grandchildren, as well as generating endorphins through running, swimming, diving, and surfing within her local community of Wilmington, North Carolina.
