Point of Sale - SkyOS Development and Implementation Managing correlation between multiple departments and vendors to complete development deployment of the next POS operating system (Sky OS, formerly 4690) to the Walgreens locations. Point of Sale - Pin Pad Upgrade Leading the $30MM project replacing aging pin pads on all point of sale devices at 9,050 locations. Represents the company with contractors, suppliers, customers, departments, and other parties as required Evaluates and provides input into the project scope definition. Coordinates development and approval of the business and technical requirements Store Infrastructure Refresh Completed the $90MM three-year technical infrastructure project upgrading the network and servers at locations across the United States. Collaborating with multiple vendors to oversee the delivery, installation and pick up of the infrastructure equipment. Managing scope of work changes along with all the individual issues that arise during installations and transition. Responsible for the project development, budget and schedule, establishing goals, negotiating project commitments and developing project plans Coordinates the formulation and definition of technical scope and goals in collaboration with technical subject matter experts Directing project managers from multiple vendors and departments along with tech leads touching over 100 stakeholders and teammates Partnering with 8 support vendors and deploying 7 hardware platforms Lead daily scrum to actively track and communicate daily progress Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Created Power Bi pulling data from multiple sources and vendors to build a database and statistics on project progression DLP Migration Migrate endpoint, M365 users for email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams from Digital Guardian to M365 and remove Guardian agent from endpoint devices
