In dealing directly with software I can say that performing technical support earned me the type of troubleshooting skills that I am sure only support technicians can begin to appreciate. Keeping up with the blistering pace of development in the open-source storage software world showed me that this is something I\'m good at and something I will never tire of. My working mood has been described succinctly as \"relentlessly positive but somehow not annoying.\" I come in every day ready to learn, instruct, collaborate, and get things done. Work/life balance is something I take seriously, and if you want to get into a very long conversation just ask me about adult kickball, proper techniques for pizza making, or what edition of Dungeons & Dragons is the best to play.
