I\'m a talent professional with over 17 years of experience in recruiting and HR, currently focused on helping scale The Boring Company, a startup developing tunnel infrastructure to address traffic and transportation challenges. Previously, I spent more than a decade leading talent acquisition at Major League Baseball (MLB), where I managed recruiting across a wide range of teams—corporate, tech, product, baseball operations, and more. I introduced structured hiring practices, competency-based interviews, and initiatives to improve candidate quality and retention.I have a background in computer science and hold the SHRM-SCP certification, which helps me blend technical knowledge with strategic talent work.
