About Dan Oneill
Thirty years in software and systems development specializing in technologies that cross software, hardware and networking disciplines. More than fifteen years in executive management roles as CTO, Founder, Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice-President. I am a business focused technologist who has helped four companies grow from a startup situation through to a successful IPO ($372m), sale and transition to new owners.I like to build new things on a regular basis and stay current with all manner of product development practices and business models. I\'m also an active angel investor in great people and their ideas.My expertise is in product and team development for large scale Internet based businesses. I\'ve consulted for Intercasting Corp.(sold to Good Technologies), Eventful.com (sold to CBS), Certona.com and ChaCha on organizational development, business models, hardware selection, performance tuning and architecture for massive scalability. I\'ve also consulted with Aperio Technologies regarding global data distribution and architecture.

The San Diego Crew Classic hosts the premier spring rowing regatta on Mission Bay. Initiated in 1973, the Crew Classic has provides a competitive venue for collegiate, junior and masters athletes. As the 2013 Treasurer a balanced budget was created with significant cost savings and growth in top line revenue resulting in no debt at the end of the fiscal year.
