About David Kleweno
No human life, not even the life of the hermit in nature’s wilderness, is possible without a world which directly or indirectly testifies to the presence of other human beings.” ― Hannah Arendt, The Human ConditionIf I could spend the rest of my life, and make a living by doing so, I would just talk to people. What I have enjoyed most about my career, working in the technology sector, wearing several hats, has been the opportunity to get to know people as more than just my clients. I find that by being curious, and willing to ask questions, the opportunity to be related flourishes and we begin to see one another as more than a transaction or a means to an end. Many of us are experiencing significant disruptions in every aspect of our lives and this trend is unlikely to change any time soon. In my perspective, I find that the most effective way to navigate these wild waters, is to be intentional about supporting people in ways that they can be proud of the work they accomplish. For me, it begins by asking, “how are you doing?”What I do…• Implement change initiatives and transformation strategies to enable transition from current to desired state, including stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, communication strategies and messaging, and impact assessments• Prepare participants to effectively adapt to the change initiatives by paying attention to the people side of change• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups• Attain alignment between leaders, teams, and individuals to ensure ownership of change efforts• Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness• Use data, analytics, and insights to increase impact and support priorities• Utilize a Systems Thinking approach to address organizational challenges
