Or what they think they want.Currently working as a UX Designer at StepChange Debt Charity Titles aren\'t everything though, and I love talking to users and getting to the bottom of crunchy UX problems. Will take a whiteboard and some post-its, or better still a pencil and paper over fancy software any day.I\'m also an information and project management professional with nearly 25 years\' experience in the legal and financial markets. Specialties: User research, UX, prototyping, solving problems on whiteboards, business analysis and (if pushed) project management. The UX is the fun bit though.
