As the Managing Director of ProActive English, I design and deliver remote, online and onsite business English (ESL) language and communication training for corporate and vocational settings. Most programs are now delivered via Zoom or other conferencing tools in small groups or as individual coaching. We also have years of experience with face-to-face, onsite training and blended learning formats.Our program design incorporates The Business English Web a Web-based language learning tool that ProActive English developed, operates and licenses.ProActive English has delivered enterprise-wide remote and onsite language and communication training for global companies at locations around the United States, in China, Taiwan, S. Korea, India, France and the Philippines. Our client list includes major software companies, a major developer of PDF and conferencing software, a major online retailer, global IT and legal market research firms, accounting firms, chip and wafer manufacturers, a global frozen food producer and smaller local manufacturers. We work with program participants, managers and HR to emphasize clear communication with stakeholders to establish achievable goals based on relevant needs assessment. We ensure that programs are properly supported to meet the goals established through training initiatives.
