About Dylan Kapustensky
I\'m currently a second-rotation sales finance analyst working out of Rogers, Arkansas. In this role I support three business units as we drive growth at Walmart and Sam\'s Club. As a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, I learned to push myself to levels I once thought were unachievable. It was in Van Munching Hall where I realized that my peers are my greatest asset and that learning never stops. For this reason, I chose to start my career as a Finance Management Trainee with Nestlé. Over the course of 3.5 years, I will have had three different positions starting with factory finance and ending as a division co-pilot.
