About Djuana C. Parker

Child of God - Wife - Mother - Healthcare Leader - Nonprofit Leader - Survivor of Grief I lead multi-site ambulatory clinics and a four-unit mobile healthcare fleet serving communities across five counties. Together with 59 FTEs and five Practice Administrators, we deliver more than clinic visits annually and expand access through mobile health services designed to meet patients where they are. I oversee a $3.8M operating budget and guide operational performance, deployment strategy, and leadership development across both clinic and mobile platforms. My passion is building sustainable systems that expand equitable access to care while developing strong, accountable leaders. Earlier in my career, I led revenue cycle operations supporting $55M in annual charges across 88 providers, a foundation that continues to inform my financial stewardship and operational discipline. Beyond healthcare leadership, I am the founder of Ari’s Heart (The Arielle Parker Foundation), created after the loss of my 18-year-old daughter. The foundation exists to help heal broken hearts and remind others there is Hope Beyond Heartache. Through grief support initiatives and community outreach, this work reflects my deeper calling: strengthening people as intentionally as I build systems. I am also a licensed minister with the Church of God of Prophecy. My faith informs my leadership philosophy, serve with integrity, steward well, and lead with compassion. Currently pursuing my Master of Health Administration (anticipated September 2026), I remain committed to innovation, leadership development, and meaningful community impact.
