About Dominique Stewart-Thomas

I am located at the intersection of Technology and User Experience. My passion for both data and creativity fuels me to find a career where I can combine the two. I am looking for UX Design/UX Research positions where I can utilize both my innovative and analytical talents. I enjoy interacting with users and getting to the root of their “why”. After discovering their “why”, I can produce a story of how we can create designs to help our users. I make it my personal mission to make sure those around me are enjoying the space and experience that we share.I am: able to prioritize, a collaborator, a communicator, creative, empathetic, a fast learner, leader, self-motivated, a self-starter, and story teller.I graduated from the University of California, Riverside (UCR) where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies with a background in Computer Science. I am a member of the National Society of Engineers (NSBE). I am a former chapter President and have held various chapter leadership positions over the years. I was the Public Relation Chair for the 41st NSBE Annual Convention Planning Committee (CPC), 2015. I also participated on the UCR\'s Track and Field team as well as the UCR Rugby Club team.
