WORK HISTORY
Senior Product Manager @Expedia Group
London, GB
Joined Expedia’s connectivity team to advance direct supply solutions for airlines transitioning from traditional GDS to Modern Retailing standards. My role involves clearly presenting the case for direct connect supply to internal business stakeholders, mentoring development teams new to the airline sector, ensuring our integration pipeline remains robust and helping to scale and speed up time to deliver integrations:• Scoped, planned and delivered a connection to a third-party aggregator as part of a strategy to accelerate supply onboarding. This initiative is on track to more than halve onboarding time without negatively impacting key customer care metrics. • Led product development for three direct NDC integrations and expanded features in existing integrations across shopping, pricing, booking, and post-booking functions. Each integration led to significant increases in ticket volume, ancillary sales and overall GBV.• Served as SME on connectivity-related upstream initiatives, impacting shopping, booking, payment, and servicing such as the use of loyalty points as payment for flight purchases.• Documented direct supplier capabilities and wrote requirements for a “self-service after disruption” project, helping to significantly improve success outcomes in involuntary change scenarios.• Mentored Connectivity Product team members as well as other EG team members interested in learning about Product Management or the air supply domain. This support helped one non-Product colleague secure their first Product Management gig at Expedia.
