Manage projects for colleges and universities to implement and customize a proprietary higher education student information system (SIS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and an Azure-based React JS portal. • Oversee and provide hands-on work for the entire software life cycle of development for large and small implementations of SISs: planning, requirements gathering, providing analysis and technical specifications, assisting with development, testing, and software releases • Supervise implementation, scheduling, budgeting, development, and resources for SIS projects. • Collaborate with clients throughout the process in order to insure a successful implementation of their customized solutions. • Oversee and provide data migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Coordinate and support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Kingsway and native API. • Provide technical work for development of workflows and cloud flows. • Utilize XRM Toolbox to support all aspects of the technical side of implementation and maintenance. • Produce technical documentation including user stories, requirements, technical specifications, and user guides. • Deliver person-to-person training and training materials to clients in order to assist the clients in adoption of their new SIS.
