ABOUT MICHELLE SOLOMON
Michelle Solomon has been helping artists and listeners connect through music at Pandora since 2006, where she was part of the founding team behind its Curation department. As Senior Operations Manager on Pandora’s Creator Services (AMP) team, she works directly with artists and their teams to help them grow their audiences and make the most of the tools available through AMP. She also programs Pandora’s Jazz, Legacy/Oldies, Soundtrack, and Broadway stations, drawing on her lifelong passion for storytelling through sound and her dedication to championing underrepresented voices.In 2025, Michelle joined the Recording Academy as a Professional Member, further deepening her commitment to supporting the independent creator community and amplifying diverse voices across the music landscape.Outside of Pandora, Michelle is an all-vinyl DJ under the moniker Mexican Spitfire, curating eclectic sets of pre-1980s gems that celebrate the joy, grit, and groove of vintage sound. With nearly two decades of experience across programming, curation, and creator advocacy, she remains devoted to helping artists find new fans and to keeping the turntables spinning!
