I\'m inspired and engaged by implementing the most effective ways to assess leadership, teams, and the organizational environment to develop leaders to enhance achievement in highly volatile and global environments. I\'ve specifically worked to develop leadership competency models, creating pathways to the effective selection, development, and performance appraisal tools. Additionally, I\'m driven to find better ways to leverage technology to facilitate effective leadership development initiatives in organizations. My current research is focused on measuring motivation at work with facial expression and understanding the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives on leader behavior.
