About Djenawa Bowman

I have 15 years of experience in clinical research from being a study coordinator, clinical research associate (CRA), study manager within the contract research organizations (CRO), Pharmaceutical, Biotech and University environment and regional project manager in clinical start-up at the CRO level. I thrive on being a team player and utilize this skill to reach goals. I have been a lead/co-lead on Phase I, II and studies. I was a monitor for 4.5 years and had up to 33 sites for one study. As a study coordinator, I led up to 6 studies at a time. I have been recognized for my leadership and team player skills. I have managed assigned activities of clinical studies (selecting of CROs, planning of clinical meetings, etc.), managed CROs, managed study start-up activities, assisted with development of study related materials, maintained regulatory documents, monitored recruitment goals, tracked metrics, supervised monitoring activities as well as monitored clinical trials, and developed study-related clinical documents. Objectives: I want a challenging position in a professional Organization where I can enhance my skills and strengthen them in conjunction with the Organizations’ goals. A self motivated achiever and team player with an ability to plan and execute.
