In 2024, I founded Baysora with the following vision in mind: create a family of best-in-class firms that empower individuals to do their best work. We want every individual, team, and firm to grow, thrive, and ultimately build something that evokes a sense of pride and joy.I previously had the privilege of serving as a portfolio CEO at Alpine Investors, where my team acquired and led 23 companies within the IT and cybersecurity industry. That journey reinforced to me that the best outcomes come from investing in people first.Today, I\'m focused on working with values-aligned partners who care deeply, embrace growth, and put people at the center of everything they do.
