ABOUT DAVID PERRY

Chief Financial Officer – David Perry, B.A, C.P.A, C.A.A graduate of Cornell University, I bring over 25 years of finance, administration and general management experience after acting in executive management roles for multinational and private companies in the USA and Canada. I began my finance career in public practice for Coopers and Lybrand (now, “PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP”), before transferring into the Business Investigations Group (Management Advisory Services) of Coopers and Lybrand where I specialized in business reviews, valuations, and business turnarounds. My broad management experience spans the financial, manufacturing and construction industries with expertise in finance, administration, legal contracts, reporting and systems. I am also a specialist in the governance of supplier relationships and leading the management and direction of sales. I am now centred on using my resolute determination and talents to build leaders and drive the bottom line. In my role as the C.F.O. of Hydraulex Global, I moved beyond the typical executive finance and controller functions to take full responsibility for key strategic and operational decisions, from evaluating business unit performance, inventing new ways to leverage capital, managing acquisitions and divestitures and fending off hostile takeover attempts to serving as the company’s primary ambassador to investors and financial analysts.
