Accomplishments: • Possessed in underwriting retention and partnered with agents, analysts, and reinsurance providers to review and issue complex applications. • Collaborated with multiple departments to create some of State Farm\'s first usable operational data reports through Amazon Web Services data platform. • Sponsored multiple internal procedural improvement/change efforts that resulted in over of annual cost savings. • Served as the in-office liaison for all hybrid department associates at Corporate HQ while also managing remote underwriters. • Developed over 15 high-performing associates who were subsequently promoted to higher positions.
