At EY, I lead managed services solutions for WAM clients across North America, UK, Europe, MENA, and Asia Pacific - overseeing deals ranging from $5M to $200M. I work with clients from the first conversation through to delivery: assessing their current state, designing the target solution (people, technology, location, integration), structuring the commercial model, and supporting the transition team on the ground. What I bring to every engagement is a rare combination of commercial acumen and operational depth. I\'ve spent my career on both sides of the outsourcing equation - managing 600+ FTE delivery teams at Syntel, driving 25%+ cost optimisation at Wipro, and leading client-facing strategy at TCS for a top-tier global investment bank.
