Currently overseeing a global role for the Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) of Battery Cells, Stacks, Pack/Module and System and leading the different Testing Laboratories globally, collaborating with teams in China, France, Japan, India, Poland and USA- Providing substantial support and guidance for ongoing design and testing initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the performance, safety, and reliability of batteries used in various applications- Skillfully formulating and maintaining up-to-date IVVQ test plans and procedures- Leading a comprehensive thermal runaway test campaign for various product families- Always up to date on the latest Battery Test standards, including IEC, ISO, UL, AIS, GB- Effectively implementing a tool/interface for streamlined tracking of tests campaigns globally- Developing and maintaining an intuitive interface for visualizing cycling cells data, leveraging advanced Big Data tools such as Python and Power BI- Collaborating effectively with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing and Quality teams, fostering synergy to resolve issues, implement design modifications, and introduce innovative battery technologies- Managing budgets for V&V operations, consistently optimizing operational costs while maintaining high-quality testing standards.
