Subject Matter Expert - NVH & Durability. Working with multiple international teams on both the resolution of day-to-day (pre-launch and warranty/quality) NVH and Durability issues as well as Target Setting & Deployment for new programs. Manages all aspects of the ‘Design-for-NVH’ cycle, including benchmarking, target setting, target achieving, and final product refinement by using both simulation and test methods. Developed multiple Design Guides, trained younger engineers, and wrote numerous Analysis+Test procedures for both single components as well as large subsystems and whole vehicles. Brought NVH awareness and ‘Design-for-NVH’ methodologies to a level never reached before at CNH. Bridged the gap between the worlds of Test and Simulation, FEA and NVH, Vibration Durability and Comfort. Specified and unified ‘Standard Instrumentation and Methodologies’, across all CNH locations. Routinely training new recruits and experienced engineers alike in data acquisition, DSP, and test data quality. Interacting routinely with Senior Management and CTO/VPs on critical and high visibility projects.
