   As the Founding Partner of D J A S & Co, I’ve been leading the firm’s journey since its inception in 2016, building it into a trusted advisory partner for businesses across sectors. With a strong foundation in indirect taxation, audit, and compliance, I’ve worked with a wide spectrum of clients—from early-stage startups to large corporates—helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes.My core focus lies in GST advisory and compliance. I’ve guided numerous businesses through the transition from the VAT/Excise regime to the GST framework, offering end-to-end support on compliance, refund optimization, audit defense, and litigation strategy. I’ve also worked closely with clients on implementing Input Service Distributor (ISD) mechanisms to streamline credit flow under GST.I also serve as a Technical Reviewer for the Tax Audit Quality Review Board (TAQRB) of ICAI, where I contribute to strengthening audit quality across the profession. As a regular speaker at professional forums and GST-focused seminars, I enjoy sharing insights, simplifying complex tax issues, and staying at the forefront of regulatory developments.With a background as a banker, a forensic auditor, and a DISA-qualified professional, I bring a multidisciplinary lens to my work. I’m also pursuing law to further deepen my understanding of the legal side of taxation and compliance. Above all, I thrive on curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, which fuels everything I do at DJAS & Co.
