   Design and deliver external training modules and curriculum materials by adapting existing Bottom Line materials about supporting first-generation, low-income students in college access and college success- Manage the relationship between Bottom Line and external partners (such as NCCEP, City Year) to ensure successful learning development and programmatic outcomes - Develop and manage against a comprehensive project plan; lead day to day project coordination and collaboration with projects leads at partner organizations - Continually gather partner input and feedback; summarize and incorporate input for future use- Provide live coaching for practitioners in the field- Incorporate adult learning principles into improved session design and delivery to partners- Conduct initial needs assessment to understand partner priorities, program structure and delivery model so that curriculum work is correctly tailored to their needs and capacities- Develop indicators for project success; develop processes for measuring success; lead data collection, analysis and reporting; identify areas of strength and areas of concern- Serves as a member of the National Team Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
