Responsible for the implementation of all Food and Beverage services located on the campus of Shawnee State University. Including but not limited to daily food service locations, on and offsite catering and special events/concessions located in both the James A. Rhodes Athletic Center and the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts.Managment of all Human Resources activities including employee hiring, training, disciplinary actions and payroll for both corporate and employee-based platforms.Work within Union guidelines as described in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.Establish operational guidelines of newly acquired alcohol license with the Ohio Department of Liquor Control.Budgetary responsibility for all State, Federal and local financial programs and reporting procedures.* Event Consultation, Booking and Production* ServSafe Management Certified*TIPS Alcohol Awareness Regional Trainer
