U.S. Navy Pilot and Weapons & Tactics Instructor serving as the Electronic Warfare Program Manager and Standardization Officer for Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing Atlantic. In this role, I lead Wing-level electronic warfare strategy, training standardization, and capability development, ensuring operational relevance and combat readiness across multiple squadrons.I oversee and drive multiple electronic warfare modernization and innovation efforts, translating emerging threats, intelligence inputs, and operational gaps into executable training, tactics, and fleet-ready solutions. My work spans EW program development, curriculum and standards oversight, and cross-functional coordination across operational, intelligence, and training communities.As a senior EW leader, I am responsible for enforcing standardization, evaluating readiness, and shaping how electronic warfare is taught, integrated, and employed across the Wing. I am known for building alignment across stakeholders, driving disciplined execution, and delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments.In addition to my program leadership responsibilities, I remain a current Weapons & Tactics Instructor, actively instructing advanced tactics to ensure EW innovation is grounded in real-world operational execution. I also serve as Program Lead for an Electronic Warfare team recognized with the Association of Old Crows Unit Award (Naval Aviation), reflecting sustained impact in EW excellence and innovation.
