In 1954, my grandfather founded Chief Industries as a construction company under the name, Eihusen Construction. In 1969, the name officially changed to Chief Industries, Inc, as the company expanded and incorporated many multi-faceted divisions and subsidiaries around the globe. The company has remained a family owned business. Chief manufactures products and provides services for a wide range of industries including agriculture, commercial construction, metal building systems, structural steel, factory-built housing, steel fabrication, ethanol production, contract carriers and logistics, contract manufacturing and large community development projects. Upon graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1995 with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, I began my career with Chief Industries. I have held various positions at several of the divisions of Chief, including Manufacturing Manager overseeing operations in plants in Nebraska and Indiana, as well as General Manager of the company’s Fabrication division. In 1998, I became a member of Chief’s Board of Directors and began my current position as President/CEO in 2010.As the President/CEO, I provide leadership, vision and guidance to all divisions regarding small projects to large, complex, multi-million dollar projects.
