ABOUT DIYA SHARMA
From intensive performing arts training to high-impact speaking environments, I’ve always been drawn to expression and presence.That same pull towards the stage shaped how I learned to use my voice. With a background in the performing arts, training in high-level competitive environments has become second nature and a top priority. In Model United Nations, I developed a foundation in debate, international relations, and speaking under high-pressure, global settings. This led me to join The Knowledge Society’s Toronto cohort, shifting my mindset from a textbook definition of what I thought it meant to be an entrepreneur to studying high-impact innovations. I later carried that into leadership, spearheading $20K+ in sponsorships and serving in a presidential role within uOttawa\'s entrepreneurship organization, leading partnerships, events, and strategic initiatives.Originally from California and based in Toronto, I’ve gained hands-on experience across accelerators, consulting, and supporting founders in high-growth environments. I strongly believe that the foundation of a voice is built on stage and sharpened through entrepreneurship.
