Pre-litigation firm that specializes in personal injury that works alongside Ben Crump Law PLLC, a civil rights firm with an emphasis on personal injury. Selected to work mainly on the Crump team to handle client intakes for the firm regarding a wide variety of case types, including, but not limited to; police brutality, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, nursing home abuse, premise liability, worker’s compensation, and motor vehicle accidents. Handle first point of contact between new clients and attorneys and evaluate the potential case information to determine if the case meets firm case criteria. For accepted cases, handle completion of paperwork agreements and termination letters when required between clients and the firm. Additionally, facilitate smooth communication between co counsels, attorneys, and clients to ensure the case file is ready to be opened and the settlement/litigation process can begin.
