Hi! I am an inquisitive and hard working person, looking for learning opportunities. I am a Masters in business analytics graduate from UT Dallas, currently working as a Data Analyst in the non-profit sector. In my current job, I get to wear different hats like Data Analyst, Data Manager, CQI Lead, and Principal Evaluator. I am now seeking Full-time opportunities in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Science. Analytics is fascinating to me because we can quantitatively measure the impact we make and find ways to make it even bigger.Thank you for your interest in my profile!To tell you more about me, I function as the domain expert for my non-profit organization on data collection, database management, analysis and reporting. I also lead my team in running continuous quality improvement (CQI). I use tools like Python, SPSS, and Power BI on a day-to-day basis.I have previously worked as a Digital Analyst in an ecommerce company. This role allowed me to observe the ins and outs of the functioning of an ecommerce and retail store(including purchasing, order processing, shipping, customer service and vendor onboarding). I had the opportunity to analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and guide business decisions. I used Google Analytics, Python and Tableau extensively during this period.During graduate school I was a teaching assistant for some business analytics courses, including statistics and spreadsheet modeling where I used Excel VBA to automate the grading process. My team also published a paper on sentiment analysis in a leading Computer Science Journal.My experience has shown me how to apply my knowledge to solve real world business problems in different industries. It is exciting, being able to help make business decisions that are informed, are strategic and actually work! As an individual, my attitude is tuned towards collaborating with and learning from all the amazing people I come across.
