ABOUT DIYA ROSE JOHN
As State Project Coordinator at Kudumbashree NRO (NRLM), I manage a ₹20 Cr+ enterprise program across 31 districts in Karnataka, working with SRLM leadership, IAS/KAS officers, and implementation partners to design, deliver, and track impact across 200+ enterprises and beneficiaries. One initiative I\'m particularly proud of is the Akka Cafe model - a women-led community enterprise brand we built from scratch, now running across the state. Before this, at Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika) under the Ministry of Rural Development, I worked on strengthening SHG–bank credit linkages across groups and supported ₹10 Cr+ in financial inclusion mobilisation at block and district levels. Across both roles, my work has centred on connecting program design, M&E, and stakeholder coordination to deliver social impact at scale.
