I am an HR Business Partner at Ecom Express, where I play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. As part of a dynamic team, I work closely with the Head HR of my business unit to optimize and streamline HR processes, ensuring greater efficiency and alignment with company objectives. One of my key achievements includes streamlining and optimizing project cost tracking, contributing to more effective management of resources and costs within my unit. In addition to this, I manage organizational structure changes in collaboration with senior stakeholders and help design and implement outcome-driven, measurable performance review cycles. I also handle the full spectrum of HRBP responsibilities, including grievance redressal, employee life cycle management, and training the ground HR team to ensure they are well-equipped to support the company’s vision and objectives. I work cross-functionally with teams in sales, operations, and finance to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs, drive performance, and support operational efficiency across the organization. A graduate of Hansraj College, Delhi University, specializing in HR under the Commerce domain, I bring a strong foundation in economics, commerce, and HR management.
