About Diya John
I pursued my Post Graduate Diploma in Management in the Information Management specialization from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have previously worked as a Data Scientist at Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai and have 3 years of experience in the customer engagement and analytics space. I was primarily responsible for creating customer retention plans and other engagement activities for our key partners, basis past customer behaviour and trends, using the extensive transactional data that was at my disposal. I am a Bachelor of Technology (Electronics and Telecommunications) graduate from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai. I was elected as the Joint Marketing Secretary of the KJSCE Students\' Council, the primary student body of the college and was also a core member of KJSCE Parvaah, the social wing under which I volunteered in several social causes like the Ghatkopar Railway Station beautification project and also organized LGBTQIA+ sensitisation workshops. I am an open-minded, detail oriented and tenacious individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and believe in giving back to the society in any and every capacity that I can.
