ABOUT DIYA BHANDARI

Hi, I’m Diya Bhandari-currently pursuing my BBA from REVA University, with a strong passion for Human Resource Management. Past few years,I’ve actively sought out opportunities to learn beyond the classroom. From NGOs to startups,I’ve explored roles in content writing, program coordination, talent acquisition,and human resources—each one helping me grow as a professional and understand how organizations function from the inside out. Here’s a review about my journey so far: •At Kshtiksha Foundation,I worked as a Content Writer, where I created impactful content aligned with the organization’s mission. •As a Program Assistant at Pawwzz Foundation, I supported outreach efforts and event coordination,learning the importance of planning and teamwork. •My interest in HR took shape during my time at MARPU Foundation,where I contributed as an HR Intern, managing employee coordination and internal communication. •At METVY,I worked as both a Management Associate and Talent Acquisition Intern, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, team support, and people operations.~Currently, I’m HR at CropNow where I’m deeply involved in employee engagement, onboarding processes, and internal HR functions. Each experience has helped me sharpen my communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.~I’m always open to meaningful connections and new opportunities to grow-let’s connect and create impact together.
