In each role, I have collaborated with partner teams and senior executives to frame strategic opportunities, craft proposals and accelerate AI execution- GPU Capacity: Currently manage GPU allocation to all MS teams and partners, including OpenAI. Designing future state in parallel to replace manual processes with scalable SaaS-based solutions- 400G Networking: Led operational strategy and EVP reviews for program to upgrade Azure regions to 400 Gbps. Established workstreams and prioritization principles to align ownership and key decisions- NVIDIA Omniverse: Led CEO sponsored program to launch Omniverse PaaS and L40 GPUs in Azure. Developed multi-horizon roadmap including: urgent resource and engineering asks; intermediate capability requirements; and strategic options with matching investments (eventually rolled up to the Board).
