   Forecast Accuracy Performance Dashboards – Leadership team (LT) reviews the forecast accuracy dashboards in Tableau and AWS-QuickSight on a periodic basis to gain insights into business and Customer Service demand and supply. This provides LT actionable insights for planning demand and capacity for our CSAs. I have designed and developed backend data models to extract, clean, and transform data with ETL jobs, and created data marts in AWS Redshift for evaluating output from Machine Learning (ML) model in AWS Sagemaker and business team’s performance. I have developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to dive deep to evaluate forecasting performance for each business group. Contacts Management System (CoMet) – This project involved implementing best practices for operationalizing Machine learning (ML) models in AWS resources. I built the vision to scale the models and experimentation of different models within the Tesseract framework, and improving the quality of models and the outputs. I led the architectural design and the team to implement ML models in CI/CD fashion via CDK packages. It would also allow Science team to experiment with new models with minimum development effort in AWS Step functions, AWS Lambda, AWS Sagemaker, Hyperparameters, AWS S3, AWS Glue, DynamoDB, Redshift, Cradle, AWS Event bridge, etc.I developed the Versioning Service (metadata) feature of ML models that would provide users information about the forecast plan. It would also preserve information about inputs and quality of output for further analyses.
