Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings and IFC files.• Manage end-to-end tendering process including subcontractor enquiries, bid analysis, and commercial comparisons.• Conduct cost risk analysis and develop risk allowances to improve bid accuracy and profitability.• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.• Develop and maintain procurement and production programmes using MS Project and Excel.• Monitor cost performance and assist in variation pricing and claims preparation.• Contribute to major infrastructure and rail-related precast projects including HS2, Irish Rail, Network Rail.
