I have many years experience in the alarm industry from commercial sales to sales management to branch management to district general management. I am customer focused to ensure customers are extremely happy with their installation, service and monitoring which helps reduce attrition and increases growth.\"Customer Care Visits\" are important. I have been responsible for branch and district P&L\'s and understand how all aspects of our business affect the bottom line- sales, RMR, costs, receivables and timely first time repairs on service calls. Motivating employees and appreciating their contribution is key to building a happy productive team. I held the North Carolina Alarm License for Honeywell, HSM and Stanley and served as the \"Qualified Agent\". I currently hold a North Carolina Low Voltage Electrical Contractor\'s License and have since 1991.

Sales reps are located in the Greensboro home office and in each branch office- Charlotte, Raleigh, and Roxboro. Added and replaced sales reps. to build sales team. Working with sales reps to encourage lead generation activities to increase install sales and recurring monthly revenue. Implemented sales forecasting tool and estimate review process to improve gross margins. Implemented “Customer Care Visits” to reduce attrition and allow reps to sell deeper and wider into existing accounts. Sentry Watch has been \"protecting lives and property since 1969\". We are your hometown alarm company. We are a full service alarm company for both Residential and Commercial Accounts. We survey, design, sell, install, monitor, service and provide NFPA fire inspections. We can provide- security, fire, access control systems, and video surveillance systems. We own and operate our own UL Five Diamond Rated Monitoring Center in Greensboro. Sentry Watch is set up to handle UL2050 Department of Defense accounts. We cover all North Carolina, South Carolina and southern Virginia. Sentry Watch is a member of Security Network of America.
