Fab8 was my 3 rd Fab start engagement.Organizational Leadership experience includes identifying strategic opportunities for optimizing Fab Business processes and Operations, leading cross functional system integration/automation teams, driving requirement gathering and clarification process, conducting technical workshops, and presenting solution proposals and obtaining stakeholder buy-in from various levels of organization. Other leadership areas includes motivating, mentoring and providing training individuals and teams at all level of technical expertise.
