I have extensive experience in programme test management within large-scale environments, leading multiple concurrent projects and overseeing Quality Assurance and Engineering in hybrid teams combining internal and external suppliers. I currently manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional test teams—both onshore and offshore—ensuring optimal resource allocation, budget adherence, and a culture of continuous improvement.I collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure thorough requirements understanding and comprehensive test coverage. My leadership has enabled the smooth integration and acceptance of new systems and services, always balancing time, cost, and quality while aligning with business strategy and brand values.Currently, I lead Automation Engineers and Analysts in developing and deploying automation frameworks for web, mobile, and desktop—including iOS, Android, and SCO—using tools such as Appium, Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse, Cypress, OATS, and languages like Java, JavaScript, and Python. Notable achievements include architecting automation frameworks, implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, migrating to Git on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and integrating REST APIs and TDD in Agile environments.I also have hands-on expertise in AWS, OCI, and API testing (REST Assured, SOAP UI, Postman), including building a REST Assured API framework from scratch.
