Divya is a global technology, product, and business executive with over 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing thousands of team members, and developing and innovating billion-dollar business lines. She possesses deep expertise in product development, business ideation, strategy, vision, and execution across the consumer and health industries with brands like Meta, Samsung, Google, Oracle, and Microsoft. Divya excels in stakeholder engagement with regulators and tech industry leaders and is often sought to tackle complex organizational problems. She has advised multiple health startups, supported product development and investments, and has extensive experience in digital health, generative AI and ML, compliance, and governance. She has led global teams in South Korea, Australia, the Philippines, the UK, India, Japan and Brazil.Divya serves on the advisory board of PNOĒ, a wellness and fitness startup that offers integrative healthprograms through diagnostics and personalized nutrition and exercise programs. Divya currently serves as Director of Product Management, Messenger at Meta. She led Messenger\'s transformation into a privacy-focused app with end-to-end encryption. Previously, as GenAI Governance Lead, she worked globally to develop risk assessments and a governance framework for Meta. As Head of Product, Design, Data Science, and Strategy for Digital Health at Samsung’s Strategy and Innovation Center, Divya reported to Samsung’s Chief Strategy Officer and led a 200-person team to develop Samsung\'s next billion-dollar health opportunity, including FDA-approved innovation for Samsung wearables. As Founder and CEO of Cureous, she pioneered a patient-centric social network, secured early-stage funding, and refined the platform\'s concept. At Oracle, Divya excelled as Sr. Director of Strategy for Health & Life Sciences, spearheading teams to create disruptive health applications and drive substantial revenue growth. As an accomplished technology leader, Divya has received many awards including the ExecutiveManagement Group award at Google. She holds multiple patents and has also authored papers and delivered keynote speeches worldwide, advocating for digital health and women in product roles. With a Masters from Texas A&M University, she published her thesis in intelligent user interfaces. Beyond her professional achievements, Divya is passionate about Indian classical music, hiking, and volunteering with Maitri.org to empower women economically.
