As the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Fleeke - The Merch Lab, I focus on building a strong financial foundation for a growing print-on-demand and merchandise business.Fleeke is built around the idea of making merchandise simple, fast, and accessible for everyone from individuals to businesses. With multiple stores and a growing customer base, the focus is on delivering quality and speed while keeping operations efficient.My role is to ensure that as we grow, we do it with clarity and control. I work closely on cash flow, compliance, profitability, and day to day financial operations across stores and channels. I also oversee the entire finance function for our UK business and support financial planning for future global expansion.Alongside this, I am currently pursuing ACCA, which helps me strengthen my understanding of global financial practices and bring more structured thinking into the business.A large part of what I do involves understanding how each order, each store, and each decision impacts the overall business. From managing costs and vendor payments to tracking performance and maintaining financial discipline, I focus on keeping the foundation strong as we scale.I believe sustainable growth comes from consistency, structured thinking, and staying grounded in numbers while building something meaningful.
