Plan, control, and evaluate construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and budgets- Develop and maintain construction schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures to track progress- Prepare and review detailed project budgets, ensuring financial feasibility and cost-effectiveness- Manage procurement of materials and subcontracting services within budget- Review and assist in preparing contracts, revisions, and changes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers- Act as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring proper documentation and communication of changes- Implement quality control programs to maintain construction standards- Prepare progress reports, track milestones, and communicate status to clients and the project team- Coordinate subcontractor and staff activities to ensure timely execution of tasks- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services by coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers- Maintain regular communication with clients and subcontractors to align project progress- Organize project closeout documentation and resolve outstanding issues- Fulfill last-minute material requests to prevent project delays- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy against contracts and purchase orders- Communicate site progress and milestones to accounts receivable for accurate billing- Assist the construction manager in coordinating daily operations- Attend project meetings and record minutes, documenting key discussions and action items- Perform material calculations and take-offs to determine accurate quantities- Manage and process RFIs to address technical or design clarifications- Prepare and process change orders with proper documentation and approvals.
