At Asian Paints, I currently lead the company’s corporate sustainability agenda as Manager – Sustainability, driving ESG strategy, climate risk alignment, and enterprise-wide reporting in accordance with GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs, and BRSR frameworks. I work at the intersection of compliance, value creation, and stakeholder trust, translating sustainability into a business imperative. My responsibilities span sustainability disclosures, supplier ESG engagement, EMS custodian, and circularity-led interventions through Life Cycle Assessments and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).My approach to sustainability is grounded in deep executional experience. Prior to this role, I spent over three years in factory operations leading environmental compliance, ZLD operations, hazardous waste management, water conservation, energy management and CSR implementation at scale. I worked closely with statutory bodies, implemented innovative environmental technologies, and led community development initiatives aligned with the company’s Watermark strategy. This hands-on exposure continues to shape how I drive scalable and practical solutions at the corporate level.With an MBA in Supply Chain and Sustainability from IIM Mumbai, I bring a blend of systems thinking, statistical modelling, and stakeholder engagement to every initiative. Having worked across factory floors and now influencing boardroom conversations, I am passionate about building sustainability as a core driver of resilience, reputation, and responsible growth.
