About Divyanshu Tripathi

I’m an HR professional with a Master’s in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. I like to keep things simple, including my name, so you can call me DT :)I began my journey with an engineering degree from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. Before moving into HR, I worked in marketing at 10times, an event technology startup and subsidiary of IndiaMART. That early exposure to business, growth, and customer thinking shaped how I approach HR today, always aligned to business impact.As part of my Master’s curriculum, I completed fieldwork with Mitsubishi, Freudenberg, and Pidilite, gaining hands-on exposure across manufacturing and FMCG environments. During the summer of 2021, I interned with Citigroup, working in talent management within the BFSI space.I was also part of the Aspirants’ Relations Committee, the official PR & Branding committee of HRM & LR at TISS, where I worked on communication, engagement, and stakeholder management.Currently, I globally support Issuer Services Operations as an HR Business Partner. In addition, I partner with select spans within Investor Services Operations, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership support. Over the years, my experience has spanned compensation and benefits, HR investigations, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. I have also served as the HR Liaison for the Citi India Generations Network, contributing to franchise-wide projects and cross-functional collaborations.I am deeply driven by learning and continuous improvement. I enjoy finding thoughtful, sometimes unconventional approaches to problem-solving while balancing structure with creativity.Beyond work, I am a poet, spoken word artist, and storyteller.
